Why Scouting?

By becoming a part of Scouting, you gain access to hundreds of unique opportunities. Through Scouting, Scouts can participate in outdoor adventures, teamwork, service, hands-on learning, leadership, and more. This helps Scouts gain life skills, while also being exposed to hundreds of career pathways or hobbies through merit badges, and meeting new friends along the way. Scouting builds character, and allows Scouts to develop and grow as people. Scouting has existed since 1910, and countless presidents, astronauts, celebrities, and other notable individuals have had positive Scouting experiences.

Why Troop 77?

Troop 77 is a Troop that focuses on youth leading other youth. This allows for Scouts in Troop 77 to take control of their own path in Scouting, and have amazing opportunities to lead others.
